It seems like I’m a broken record. Whether I’m posting about needing an accountability piece or trying to figure this all out.
This time, I’m determined.
Recently, I started on NOOM to try to change my mindset about food and how to eat.
That is how this is going to be a different challenge – changing my entire mental set of how I see food and how I deal with food.
Over the next few weeks, there are going to be some new posts and some rehashes of old posts. I am still going to keep on my little weather theme (I mean come on, how could I not??) but I’m going to working on different food and workouts as well.
