Back in June, I wrote a post about it being a while since I had posted and since I had really done anything on my journey to become healthier and more fit.
Well, NOTHING has changed since then on that particular journey but some other things have.
Shortly after that post was written, hubs and I moved. We had a week pack and move out of the house we were renting into another house. Let me tell you – that was stressful but I was also proud of my ingenuity for getting dressers and furniture loaded into a trailer by myself.
Since the move – I feel as if the house isn’t really unpacked and feel like I can’t live in it but there are so many things that I don’t have control over.
- I don’t have control over the layout
- I can’t control what others do
- I can’t just wish it would unpack by itself
These things but some other things have really kept me from going to the gym.
It’s been nearly 3 months since I went to the gym and I’m starting to see and feel it.
With my schedule, I know it can be hard to get to the gym so I’m trying something this week.
Hubs and I are going to try going to the gym AFTER he gets off work (I’m going to die with the lack of sleep) but I’m also going to try doing some things while I’m at work.
I’m sure many of you have seen the pictures floating around about 30-day challenges or 7-day challenges. Well, I’m going to do one this week! Here is the one I created for myself:
Over the next few weeks, there are going to be some more posts, not only about Tracking the Change and Operation Get Megan Healthy, but Hubs and I are also doing some projects around the house (including fixing some projects that were done haphazardly in the past.
Over on my Instagram (Follow me here) I’ll also be posting about my workouts and our projects. Give me a follow and help a sister out!
With all that being said, my goal to once again, try to use this platform along with Instagram as an accountability partner and we can #TrackTheChange together!
